About Me:

I graduated from On The Spot Massage Academy in June 2024 and became a licensed massage therapist in July 2024. Back in 2019-2020 I worked as a chiropractic assistant, which is where I found my passion in this field. I loved being able to help people heal and work towards a life of less or no pain. I learned many modalities such as electrical stimulation, laser therapy, and ultrasound therapy. I wasn't able to find a similar job until discovering the school in 2023. 

I absolutely love my career! My approach to massage therapy is one that provides stress relief and pain relief without causing the discomfort or pain you may get from a deep tissue massage or other therapeutic massage. Thus, I don't use extremely deep pressure, but still enough to stretch and soothe the muscles. I also incorporate stretching and modalities such as scraping or cupping to loosen those tight and knotted muscles.

I let her know where my major pain spots were (lower back/upper forearm/section of foot underneath toes), and she made sure to address those with real precision and care.
